Who we are

SToNED DayZ Mods sells mods for the game DayZ. You can reach us on our Discord.

What you're buying

Each mod is a digital download plus a licence for one DayZ server (one IP address and port). Extra server slots add one more server each. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Using your licence

The licence is for your own servers. Don't share, resell or publish the mod files or your licence key.
You can change a licence's server address once every 24 hours in your account.
We can switch a licence off if it's shared, resold, or the payment is refunded or charged back.
The mod checks its licence when your server starts, so the server needs internet access to our licence service.

Your right to cancel

Mods are digital content you can download straight away. When you buy, you agree the download is available immediately and that you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel once it is. This doesn't affect your rights if a mod is faulty.

Refunds

If a mod doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, contact us on Discord within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you.
Refunds go back to the way you paid. The licence for that purchase is switched off when the refund is made.
We don't refund for changing your mind once you've downloaded, or for problems caused by other mods or server hosts, but ask us anyway and we'll help where we can.

Updates and support

Updates to a mod you own are free and appear in your account. Support is through our Discord. We keep mods working with current DayZ versions where we reasonably can, but can't promise every future game update.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
